ABOUT
Happy M is a Philippine Group Order shop based in Quezon City. It was established on April 05, 2020, and is handled by M.
Our goal is to bring happiness by means of Kpop merchandises.
HOW IT BEGAN
I started liking Kpop in August 2018 when my friend introduced BTS to me. Sometime around March 2019, I started to like Seventeen, and from then on I started to explore the Kpop world. I encountered Stray Kids around October 2020 and NCT at the end of January 2021; both now considered as my ult groups. I extremely love Kpop; it occupies most of life. Honestly speaking, I don't think I would be as happy as I am today if it wasn't for Kpop. I was really inspired by people who have online shops, and I've always thought of how it feels receiving all of those items and sending them to people, as well as encountering various fandoms everyday. I wanted to share the same happiness as I received my own merch, that's why ta-da ~ Happy M was born.

WHAT IS HAPPY M?
♡ Happy M is a PH group order that aims to bring happiness by means of Kpop merchandises.
HOW TO ORDER
♡ Just fill up the order form that can be found in our tweets regarding the item/s you want to purchase unless stated otherwise.
AFTER ORDERING, WHAT'S NEXT?
♡ You will receive a confirmation via email within 24-48 hours after filling out the order form. It contains the payment details and payment form.
AFTER PAYING AND SENDING THE PAYMENT FORM, THEN WHAT?
♡ You will receive a payment confirmation via email within 24-48 hours after filling out the payment form.
WHEN WILL I PAY FOR THE LOCAL SHIPPING FEE?
♡ Once the items are here, we will send a second payment email for the local shipping fee. The shipping rates and the available couriers will be indicated in the email, and it is already adjusted based on the size and weight of your order. The second payment email will also include the shipping form. Please make sure to fill it out as we are unable to ship your order without receiving your shipping form.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPPING RATES?
♡ The shipping rates can be found in the order form. Make sure to check it out. Prices are inclusive of packing/handling fee.
WHAT IS WITH THE SHIPPING FORM?
The shipping form asks for your order and shipping details, details about your payment for the LSF, and the proof of payment for the LSF. Don't forget to fill this out. We can't ship your order without receiving your shipping form.
MODES OF PAYMENT
♡ GCash, PayMaya, and BDO only. No COD. We accept GCash bank transfers and other methods of transferring funds as long as we will receive the payment through our modes of payment in full.
MODES OF DELIVERY
♡ Shipping nationwide is available. The available couriers are GGX, J&T, MCFA, SDD, Shopee checkout. For meet ups, only at Banawe area: Blackscoop Amoranto.
HOW DOES YOUR 'AT LEAST 50%' OPTION WORK?
♡ You may pay at least 50% of the total amount (item price only and/ poster tube), and the remaining balance should be paid 2 weeks after the deadline of payment (DOP). Penalty fees for late payments still apply. Note that this does not apply in all group orders. It must first be stated on the tweet.
HOW DOES CARD POOLING WORK?
♡ Card pooling, or pooling in general, grants us the permission to unseal your album and we will do our best to provide your desired item/ inclusion. However, this is not 100% guaranteed. In most cases, it will be based on the items/ inclusions we receive and the priority rankings. Priority will be based on the ORDER FORM.
WHERE CAN I FIND UPDATES ABOUT MY ORDER?
♡ We would normally send updates via email starting once your order was shipped out and in transit already. You may check further updates about your order in the Masterlist File
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE COMBINED SHIPMENT?
♡ Yes. Make sure to indicate all order codes for all the orders in the shipping form. All of the orders must be on hand before sending the LSF and sending the shipping form.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS?
♡ Yes. No need to inform us about any changes with your shipping details. Once your order/s arrive, a shipping form will be sent to you. You may place your correct shipping details there since we will base all details for the shipment from that form.
CAN I MESSAGE YOU ABOUT ANY INQUIRES OR QUESTIONS THAT I MAY HAVE?
♡ Yes, of course. Although, normalize stating the complete details about your inquiry or question (i.e. name, order code, item, specific question). I will try to respond as fast as I could. I am also studying and doing orgworks, that's why I may reply a bit late. Please avoid messaging through different platforms to avoid confusion, and please observe respect at all times.

Terms and Conditions
♡ STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS. Please fill out the order form if you are 100% sure that you are going to buy and pay on time.
♡ Kindly put correct details in your order form. All information will be kept confidential.
♡ Please pay on time. There is a penalty fee of Php 20 pesos per day for late payments. We will give a final notice via email, and by then, you have till the next day to settle your payment + penalty fee/s. If you are unable to settle it or respond to our notice, your order will be cancelled and you will be termed as a bogus buyer.
♡ To those who wish to cancel their order, cancellation fee is Php 200.
♡ A payment confirmation will be sent after sending a payment form.
♡ You may be able to check the status regarding your orders in the MASTERLIST file.
♡ In case the supplier cancels or the items are out of stock, the amount that we received will be sent back to the buyer including any transfer fees.
♡ Please note that we will not be held liable for any and all claims, loss, damage made during shipment, any delays, or any issues that are beyond our control. Please trust that we will do our best for all Philippine Group Orders.
♡ Please be responsible and check for updates regarding the deadline and other details about the item.
♡ Please be patient. Most items are pre-orders, unless stated otherwise. Note that these items will undergo production. These items are from different countries as well. All items are under Normal ETA and ETA is about 1-2 months after release.
Payments
Payments can be sent through:
♡ BDO
♡ GCash
♡ Paymaya
Types of payment:
♡ First payment: the base price of the items and/ poster tube.
♡ Second payment: local shipping fee and any additional fees (if there is), such as Paypal fees and international shipping fee.
♡ We accept down payments of at least 50% for most group orders. This must first be stated in our posts. In this case, there will be three payments. The remaining 50% will be paid 2 weeks after the deadline.
Things to note:
♡ For all payments, whether one or multiple, you must send a payment form. No payment form, no payments made.
♡ In case the supplier cancels or your items weren't secured (since some items require payments as soon as possible). We will give a refund for these matters.
♡ Please pay on time. There will be penalty fees for late payments and cancellations.
Shipments
♡ Once items arrive at our Korea, Japan, or China address, please allot about 1-2 months for the item/s to arrive at our PH address.
♡ Once the items arrive in the Philippines, you will receive an email regarding the second payment. The email will contain the shipping rates already adjusted for your order and the available courier.
♡ Once you've paid the local shipping fee, please fill out the shipping form. No form, no shipment. We will ship your items as soon as possible.
♡ For meet ups, only at Banawe area. We will be the ones to schedule the meet up date and time. Additionally, there is a fixed handling fee of Php 70.
♡ For Grab, we will be the ones who will book. Kindly send us a DM of your name, order code, and pin location, and we will show you the rate. You can send the total payment along with Php 30 (HF) to us. In some cases, there could be multiple deliveries for one grab booking.
♡ Once we have shipped out your order, we will email the tracking number except for orders sent through GGX and Shopee checkout. For GGX, the tracking number will be texted to the receiver; and for Shopee checkout, you may track your order through Shopee.
♡ For combined shipments, you must indicate all the order codes for all orders that will be shipped together. In case we unintentionally fail to include one of your orders, you would have to send another payment for the LSF. Having a combined shipment is only optional.
♡ Once we have shipped out your order, we will email the tracking number except for orders sent through GGX and Shopee checkout. For GGX, the tracking number will be texted to the receiver; and for Shopee checkout, you may track your order through Shopee.
♡ Please note that we are not held liable for any damage incurred during local shipment, but trust that all items will be personally packed with utmost care.
